Article Series: World Peace Is Possible
The 21st century will force us to make world peace a reality. It's time to transcend the historic failure of conventional ideas, think again, think boldly, and make it happen.
This section of TannyTalk shares a multi-part article series offering a plan for world peace.
DEFINITION: For the purposes of these posts world peace is defined not as a perfect utopia, but as a radical reduction of human violence at every level of society.
World peace is typically dismissed as an unrealistic pipe dream not meriting the attention of serious people. It’s well past time to rethink that assumption. This article series will make the case that we have no choice but to achieve world peace (as defined above) by some method because the alternative is an end to the miracle of modern civilization.
Conventional Thinking Isn’t Working…
The plan for world peace offered on these pages is controversial, to say the least. But these ideas are not controversial just to be controversial, but are instead offered in the recognition that none of the ideas for an absolutely necessary world peace that are considered to be realistic, reasonable, normal, acceptable, approved by experts and the group consensus etc have worked.
Just. Not. Working.
This article series asks serious people to squarely face the failure of conventional thinking about world peace, and respond to it with their own creativity. This article series suggests one path world peace. What’s your plan? Tell us!
The clock is ticking. We’re running out of time for clinging to that which doesn’t work.
So Let’s Try Something Else!
I hope you’ll find this article series thought provoking at least, and please feel free to add your own insights, questions and challenges. Should you find this article series to be at least somewhat interesting, thanks for sharing it with your contacts.
And even better yet, why not write your own articles on world peace? If you do, please let me know so I can hear your thoughts.
