TannyTalk Update #4: February 12, 2023
The world peace article series continues with five new articles.
Hi there subscribers, this is Phil Tanny from TannyTalk.com writing to bring you a quick update on new articles on the site.
As you may recall, last week I sent you links to the first eight pages of a new article series which proposes a “world without men” as a path to world peace. This week I have five new articles ready for your inspection.
This has been an interesting experience. I’ve challenged myself to come up with a new article or two on this world peace plan every day, which means I’m thinking about world peace all the time, something I’ve never done before to this level of seriousness. I keep writing “imagine world peace” everywhere, and what do you know, it’s working. I’m imagining.
What I’m learning is that being FOR world peace is a different experience than being AGAINST nuclear weapons. Less angry, more hopeful.
And, I’m becoming ever more convinced that while getting rid of nuclear weapons is indeed extremely important, even that won’t take us where we really want to go, and really need to go.
And so now I’m focused on the real problem, violent men.
At first this probably sounds like just another dreary topic like nuclear weapons. And to a degree that’s true, because spending a lot of time thinking about violent men can be an unpleasant burden. I do sometimes have to just pull the plug on this blog and the news, and walk away for awhile.
But I’m also finding writing this article series to be uplifting, because with every page I write a sharper vision of world peace is emerging from the fog in my mind, and it’s becoming ever more clear that there really is a path to a revolutionary improvement of the human condition. There really is. Really. Wow…
Will humanity take this path? Of course I have no idea. But just knowing that such a path out of human madness exists is doing me good. I’m a little less mad at least.
I titled this article series “World Peace Is Possible” at first mostly just to put a positive spin on a difficult topic. But the more I think about this, and the more I write, I’m realizing that world peace is indeed literally possible. Given that I’m 71 this month, I won’t live to see world peace. But the realization that others very well might is putting a welcome smile on my face.
If you’re young dear reader, you just might see world peace yourself. Whatever the future might hold, it’s going to get here so much faster that we realize. We live in revolutionary times, and anything is possible, even world peace. As example, when I was in my twenties, we didn’t have a clue that the Internet was coming and would change everything. Not a clue. But it still happened.
So, if this rant isn’t enough, and you just have to have more :-) here are five new articles in the TannyTalk “World Peace Is Possible” article series.
World Peace Is Possible - Part 9: How do we actually create a world without men?
World Peace Is Possible - Part 10: What is it about the male gender that is so important?
World Peace Is Possible - Part 11: How to best test the world without men theory?
World Peace Is Possible - Part 12: There's a "secret weapon" for winning world peace.
World Peace Is Possible - Part 13: Here are a few quick ideas for writing your own articles about a world without men.
You Can Help!
If you find any of this interesting, please consider writing your own article(s) on these topics. Rip my ideas to shreds if you want, no problem. So long as you’re writing about world peace I’m happy.
Also, should you come across other articles on world peace and/or a world without men that you find worthwhile, please get in touch and let me know. Just drop a comment in to the blog anywhere and I should see it.
I could really use some more smart subscribers like yourself. I, um, kinda suck at marketing. If you can do anything to assist in this regard, many thanks!
Imagine 90%+ of violence gone.
Imagine trillions of dollars of new money available for life affirming projects.
Imagine world peace.
Hey, it beats imaging the end of the world.
Have a good one!
